Professor Geoffrey Lancaster MSc, PhD, DMS, FCIM, FLCC, MIMgt, MCIPS
Author of more than 30 textbooks on marketing and related areas and approximately 100 academic papers and conference addresses in journals. Teaches in Europe, Australia, Africa and Asia. Professor Don Harper BA (Hons), FMI, FRSA, AFBPS
Formerly Senior Lecturer in Imperial College Professor Harper is currently Visiting Fellow in the Institute of Management at the London School of Economics. He has also taught senior magement programmes in the Enterprise LSE division and published numerous research papers in areas of interest and specialization. Professor Harper is the Director of Dissertations at LSC. Subject Specialisms – Research Methodology.
Paul Reynolds BA (Hons), MSc
After thirteen years of experience in management and marketing, he has been teaching for nearly 25 years across Europe and Asia. He is also an Examiner for the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Authored textbooks in Marketing. Subject Specialisms – International Marketing Management.
Ms. Ellie Semsar BA (Hons), MBA
Worked in the corporate world for seven years them moved into academia and has been teaching fir the last seven years both undergraduate and graduate students. Subject Specialisms – Business and Managerial Economics, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.
Rekha Hatkanagalekar has over 22 years of rich mix of engineering and human resource development experience in the IT industry; leadership development programs. She has 9 years of experience at Sasken as Head, 1 year at Shristi Software as Head of HR and 5 years at TCS in software development plus 7 years at IIT Mumbai in building software systems. She teaches Self Development Workshop, Leadership and Organisational Behaviour.
Nirmaalya B Biswas
Nirmaalya B Biswas (Head) for Strategy and Entrepreneurship. After holding senior management positions in the hospitality industry in South East Asia, he turned to academics and has been a part of the academic teams at the Leeds Business School, Leeds Metropolitan University, UK and Huddersfield University, UK. His research interest lies in the domain of Strategy, more specifically Organisational Dynamics. Also, he has a growing interest in the field of entrepreneurship, for which he is working to set up “The Centre for Entrepreneurship and Management Consultancy”, at ISBC, Bangalore, India.

Has been teaching for 14 years at various British and Australian universities, including the University of Hull, University of Lincolnshire and Humberside and Oxford Brookes University. Vishnupriya Raghavan, an Oracle Certified Associate worked as a Business Analyst in organisations including Omnikron Systems, Calisys, EDIT and Info Drive Software Limited. Worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in Walter E Heller School of Business, Roosevelt University, Chicago. Her expertise is on Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems Strategies and Management of Innovation and Technology.
Jaladi Santosh Rupa
Jaladi Santosh Rupa has an MBA degree and completed a Diploma in Advanced Software Technology from CMC. She joined the faculty of the ISBC in July, 2008, having previously taught as a senior lecturer in leading Engineering College and Business Schools. She is teaching Finance at ISBC.
Manisha Nayar has over 10 years of complete experience in sales and marketing field. She worked as a faculty in management for 5 years, which includes Business Manager in NIS Sparta and Sales Manager in Fujitsu –ICIM, New Delhi, India. Her teaching focuses on Marketing Management & Analysis, Sales & Distribution Management, Consumer Behaviour and related subjects.
Sri Satish Mavuri B.Eng.,M.Sc.,M.Phil,PMP
Sri Satish Mavuri has 15 years of experience in the IT Industry, mostly working on mobile application software. He made award winning apps & games in iOS, Android and Symbian OS for clients like Cartoon Network,Reliance Games etc. His m-learning iPad apps topped Appstore charts and featured in 'The Times' list of all-time great apps. His domain knowledge comprises of enterprise apps, m-learning,m-payments and 3D and casual games on mobile platforms. He is an invited speaker at the Global gaming conference, Bangalore held in 2011. He holds a MSc in Informatics and MPhil in Applied Mathematics with research experience in mathematical 3D simulation from University of Bradford, UK. At ISBC, Sri Satish heads the MSc course and teaches iOS and Android programming.
